We chat with Bridget about how after a review of options available, the professional design, ease of guest experience and built in automation brought them into the Inn Style family.

What made you join Inn Style?
“We selected Innstyle from the outset after a review of options available to us. The professional design, ease of guest experience and built in automation where the key selling points.
Almost everything is automated. From initial booking and guest confirmation, to final payment collection and pre-arrival communications. All the administration and check-in process happens automatically leaving us to focus on more personal communication with guests.

So what have been the best bits of the Inn Style System?
“I was initially impressed by the look and feel and professional, modern approach but soon after joining we realised how easy it is to control the booking calendar and pricing.
The ease of setting up the pricing and bookable unit set-up, guest experience and built in automation have made it extremely easy for us to run our accommodation business.
The Custom Emails which enable us to send pre-arrival, payment reminder and check-in instructions without manual intervention take away so much hassle for us and we know our guests will be receiving all the information they need, when they need it.”
Is there anything else you want to say?
“We have felt really well supported from the moment we demoed the system and still find the response from support great to this day. We rarely wait much over an hour to get a response and less than day to solve the issue we had in the first place.
The Inn Style Support Team is such a fantastic resource for us and we feel Extremely well supported on a personal level. From the get-go the Inn Style team were on hand and frequently in contact to assist. Any issues we’ve had, few though they’ve been, have been dealt with straight away.“
